Lighting the Way:
Our showroom is constantly changing providing the freshest styles in every form of lighting. The interactive showroom allows you to see lighting fixtures up close and illuminated. With a wide variety of lighting styles displayed, there are qualified staff always ready to help with your technical or design questions.
Repairs:We do small repairs on lighting fixtures and lamps. We do not take in any glass, crystal or breakables. Items must be left with us to ensure proper repairs are performed.
Return Policy:We do offer a 15 day trial period. This means you can return the product within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sold. A charge will apply for cut wire leads, damaged goods or unwrapped lamp shades. Non-stock custom ordered items are subject to a re-stocking charge. |
New Home Construction:
Selecting the lighting for a new home can be a daunting task. We pay special attention to new homes to make your building process easier. We do have trained staff available every day for new home orders. Appointments are not required but are always appreciated. Please allow yourself 1/2 to 2 hours depending on the size of your home. Lighting should be selected at least 4-6 weeks prior to closing. Please bring with you the following information to select your lights: - Builder's name
- Lot or House number
- Closing Date
- Fixture Allowance
- Lighting locations required
- Special notes (sloped ceilings, odd ceiling heights)
- blueprints* (*not necessary, however helpful)
A member of our staff will walk through the showroom with you and answer any question and offer suggestions for your order. We will quote out your order and when you confirm your choices we immediately start to pack your order. All lighting fixtures and appropriate bulbs are tagged for their location and are delivered (in the local area) when the builder requires them. |
